CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you are unable to attend your appointment please call us or respond to our reminders. 

No shows or last minute cancellations will incur a 50% service fee next appointment. 

Last minute cancellations are extremely hard to fill a spot and unfortunately someone else misses out.

In Salon experience: 
Our salon requires your Full name, contact number, email address and other personal information for your service. This is all received and kept confidential within the workplace and our booking system. We may take videos/images of your hair or create content that you may be involved in. Please contact us below if you would like to refrain from any of the above. 

Online purchases:  
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
